Privacy Policy

How AVS Corporations collects, uses and protects information on www.avscorp.in — enquiry forms, the Meta Pixel, and your rights under India's DPDP Act.

Effective

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how AVS Corporations (“AVS”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship registered in India, handles information on the website at www.avscorp.in — the pages for AVS Corp, AVS Invoice, AVS Commerce and AVS Custom Websites, and the demo and contact forms on them.

If you use the AVS Invoice application at invoice.avscorp.in, the business records you keep there are covered by the AVS Invoice Privacy Policy instead.

2. Information we collect

  • What you type into a form. When you book a demo or ask about a product: your name, your business name, your mobile number, the product and business type you choose and, if you give them, your email address and GSTIN. The demo form also asks for team size, the tool you use today and a preferred time to call.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Meta Pixel data. The AVS Invoice pages (/invoices, its industry pages and /demo) load the Meta Pixel. It lets Meta Platforms record that your browser visited those pages, along with your IP address, browser details and Meta’s own cookies. See section 5.
  • A theme preference. If you switch to the dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage. It is never sent to us.

We do not ask for payment details, Aadhaar, PAN or passwords anywhere on this website.

3. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, arrange the demo you asked for, and follow up about that product.
  • To filter out spam and automated form submissions.
  • To measure whether our advertising on Meta’s platforms works, and to show our ads to people who have visited the AVS Invoice pages.
  • To keep the website secure and fix problems with it.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the website and handle your enquiry:

  • Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
  • Our email provider (or the Web3Forms relay), which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
  • Discord, where our team receives a notification of each new enquiry so someone can respond quickly.
  • Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel described in section 5.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when required by valid legal process.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We use them under their standard terms for data processing.

5. The Meta Pixel and your choices

The Meta Pixel is a script from Meta Platforms. It runs only on the AVS Invoice pages of this website, not on the AVS Corp, AVS Commerce or AVS Custom Websites pages. Meta uses what it collects under its own privacy policy.

You can limit it by:

  • blocking third-party cookies or using a tracker blocker in your browser;
  • turning off “Activity information from ad partners” in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences; and
  • disconnecting past activity in “Your activity off Meta technologies” in your Meta account settings.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: this website does not keep a database of them. They arrive in our inbox and team channel, and we keep them for as long as we are talking to you about the product, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Hosting logs: kept by our hosting provider for its standard retention period, then deleted.
  • Meta Pixel data: kept by Meta under its own retention policy.

If you become a customer, your account and business records are covered by the AVS Invoice policy and the retention periods Indian tax law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase it — see Data Deletion;
  • withdraw consent you gave earlier;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act yourself; and
  • raise a grievance with us and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these, write to admin@avscorp.in.

8. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and form submissions are validated on our server before they are passed on. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
